My favorite Coffee Shop

アチェ州は良質なコーヒーで有名。アチェに行くと必ず立ち寄るのがCoffee Shop。Banda Acehに行き、「一番おいしいコーヒー屋さんに連れてって。」というと必ずここの（Ulee Kareng地区にあるJasa Ayah) お店へ連れてこられるから、有名に違いない！　インドネシアでは、コーヒーは粉状にしたものにお湯をいれて、ぐるぐるかきまぜ、上澄みを飲むのだが、アチェでは、ちゃんとネルドリップみたいな大きな袋で、こしてくれる。あー本当においしい！アチェのコーヒー。また、このお店で出してくれるお菓子がおいしい。。。

しかし、いついっても、この店お客さんでいっぱいだけど、ほとんど女性がいない。男の人しか、コーヒー飲まないのかな。一緒にいたアチェ人に聞くと、「女性は、家で働いてんじゃないの？男はここでさぼって。。。」と冗談。

There is something that I always do in Aceh. That is to go to a coffee shop. Aceh is famous for its high-quality coffee. This shop, called "Jasa Ayah" in Ulee Kareng area, seems to be particularly famous, since everytime I ask for the best coffee shop in town, people take me there.

In Indonesia, you put powdered-coffee in a cup, stir with hot water, wait the powder to settle... wait.. wait.. wait until your coffee is no longer hot... then sip from the top... but in Aceh, they brew coffee and filter it through a big cloth for a couple of times. It has a clean and strong taste, which I love! They also serve nice traditional deserts. Coffee shops seem to be a great community space for people in Aceh. But barely do I see a woman there... why.. I wonder...
